Braemar Castle is a historic castle located in Braemar, Scotland. It is situated in the Cairngorms National Park and is known for its picturesque setting in the Scottish Highlands. The castle has a rich history and is closely associated with the Royal Family of Scotland.

Braemar Castle was built in the 17th century and has served as a fortress, hunting lodge, and family residence over the years. It was originally constructed by the Earl of Mar in 1628 as a hunting lodge, and later served as a military garrison during the Jacobite uprisings in the 18th century.
