Luton Arches Tea Towel

£1499

Luton Arches is a historic landmark located in Chatham, Kent, England. It is a series of five brick railway arches that were constructed in the mid-19th century as part of the London to Dover railway line, which was a major transportation route connecting London with the port of Dover and the continent.

Luton Arches were built in the 1850s and served as a viaduct carrying the railway line across a valley in the Luton area of Chatham. Each arch spans approximately 20 meters and has a height of around 10 meters, making them a prominent landmark in the local area.
