Newick is a small village located in the county of East Sussex, in the South East of England. It is situated on the A272 road between the towns of Haywards Heath and Uckfield.

The village has a long history dating back to the medieval period, and it is home to a number of historic buildings and landmarks. One of the most notable of these is the parish church of St Mary the Virgin, which dates back to the 12th century and is known for its impressive bell tower.

Newick is also known for its annual village fete, which takes place in the summer and features a range of traditional activities and entertainment, such as a maypole dance, a brass band, and a procession of vintage cars.
